Kakajis Veg Restaurants

Aurangabad is where we are, over in the Cidco Colony area. You can find the restaurant at the Town Centre on MGM Road. It’s right behind the Rama International, so it isn't too hard to spot if you are familiar with this part of town. This is a vegetarian place, and we’ve been serving the local crowd for a good while now. The mornings are usually spent prepping vegetables and getting the kitchen ready for the lunch rush. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, but we’re used to it. The crowd here is mostly people who work nearby or live in the colony. We don’t really use fancy menus or anything. It’s just simple, honest food that we make every day. The staff has been around for a bit, so we all know how things work. Sometimes the traffic on MGM Road gets backed up, and it gets a bit noisy inside, but that’s just how it is in this area. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just open up, cook, and make sure everyone gets their food on time. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the usual lunch hour chaos. We try to keep the tables clean and the water jugs filled. It’s a steady kind of life, and we like being part of the Cidco neighborhood. Most people come in, eat, and go back to their day. It is just a normal routine.
