Jaykumar Industries

Jaykumar Industries is based out of Aurangabad, and we’ve been in this spot for quite a long time. The city is known for its industrial zones, and we are just one of the many workshops tucked away here. The building we work in is a bit old, with a heavy iron gate that we have to slide open every morning. It’s usually quite dusty because of all the activity nearby, so we spend a lot of time just wiping down our benches before we can even start. Aurangabad can get incredibly hot in the summer months, which makes the afternoon work a bit of a struggle, but we keep the coolers running as much as we can. Inside, it’s mostly just open space for our equipment and a small corner with a table where we keep our lunch boxes and a water filter. We don’t have any fancy marketing people or a sales team. If you call, you usually just get whoever is closest to the phone. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the place, from the sound of the neighboring shops to the way the light hits the floor in the evening. It is a very practical setup where the focus is strictly on the tasks at hand. We don't spend much time worrying about the office looking polished. As long as the machines are working and we are getting through the day's load, we are satisfied. There is always something to do around here.
