Charminar Biryani Centre

Our shop is Number 18 in the Fame Tapadiya complex, which is right on the Cidco bus stand road in Aurangabad. It is a very busy spot because of all the buses coming and going at all hours. We are also quite close to the Inox Tapadiya, so we get a lot of people stopping by before or after they watch a movie. The smell of the spices usually lets people know where we are before they even see the sign. It is a small place, mostly focused on getting orders out quickly because everyone seems to be in a rush to catch a bus. We have a few tables for those who want to sit down, but many people just take their food to go. The complex itself is always full of activity, which keeps us on our toes. We do not have a fancy website or a big team of managers. It is just us in the kitchen and at the counter. We use traditional ways of cooking that we learned a long time ago. The floor might be a bit worn from all the foot traffic, but we think that just shows how many people have visited us over the years. We stay open late enough for the last movie crowd. It is just a simple biryani center doing its best in a busy part of CIDCO.
