Mahesh Store

Mahesh Store is right in the middle of Bustin Bazar, sitting directly opposite the Joharmull Jalan High School. Being in Paschim Burdwan, we are part of a very active community. The bazar is always full of people, especially in the mornings when the school across the street is starting up. You can hear the kids and the bells throughout the day. Our store isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a regular shop in a busy market street. We’ve been here at this location for a long time, and the building shows its age a little bit, but it’s solid. Inside, things are piled high because we try to make the most of the space we have. There’s no polished floor or fancy lighting here. It is just a place where we keep our stock and talk to the people who come in. We don’t go in for any of that corporate talk or big marketing plans. We are just a local shop in the bazar. Sometimes it gets really loud with the traffic and the market stalls, but we like the energy of it. It’s a real place with real people working every day. We open the doors early and stay until the bazar starts to quiet down in the evening. That’s just how it goes for us in Paschim Burdwan. We usually keep a small fan behind the counter for the afternoons.
