We're based in Puthur, specifically over in Amma Parupalli. It’s a busy spot where we handle various building jobs. People around here know us for L & W Building Solutions. We started out just doing small repairs and eventually grew into more complex structural stuff. Most days you'll find us out at sites or checking on materials. It gets pretty dusty sometimes. Construction isn't exactly a quiet or clean job, but it's what we do. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We keep our tools ready and our boots on. It’s hard work, sometimes the weather doesn't help at all, but we stick to the schedule. If there's a wall that needs fixing or a new room being added, that's usually where you can find our team. We don't spend much time in the office because the real work happens outside on the ground. Puthur is home for us. We know the roads and the suppliers around here pretty well. It's just a bunch of us working through the daily tasks. Sometimes things go perfectly, other times we have to figure out a workaround for a tricky corner. That's just how building things goes. We keep it simple and just focus on finishing the task in front of us. The sun gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a short break then. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that rushing leads to mistakes, so we just take our time and do it right.
