S L N S Job Consultancy is easy to find. We are in the Kota Massion Building, right across from the railway station. It’s a very convenient spot for people getting off the train. We see a lot of different faces every day. People come in looking for work, and we try to help them find something that fits. We aren't a big HR firm with polished presentations. We’re just a few people sitting at desks with a lot of resumes and a couple of phone lines. The building is a bit old, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb, but it’s a good location. The noise from the trains is constant, but we don't even hear it anymore. We don't promise anyone the world. We just look at what's available and tell them the truth. Sometimes there aren't many jobs, and we have to say that too. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We don’t have a fancy waiting area. Usually, people just sit on the chairs we have lined up and wait their turn. We’ve been helping people find work from this office for a long time. It’s rewarding when someone comes back to tell us they got the job. That’s what keeps us coming in every morning. We always keep a stack of newspapers and a fan going to keep everyone as comfortable as possible while they wait.
