You can find us at 5-9-851 on the 80 Feet Road in Vidyuth Nagar. Being located in a housing board colony makes sense for what we do, since we’re always thinking about homes and how people live in them. Our office is pretty modest, just a few rooms where we keep our maps and site plans. The road outside can get quite loud with all the scooters and cars passing by, and parking is always a bit of a headache if you don't get here early. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and various construction sites. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on how a wall is being built. It’s not just sitting at a desk; there’s a lot of walking around in the sun and getting your shoes dirty. We have an old table where we spread out the blueprints, and it’s covered in coffee rings and pencil marks. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people who come to see us are just locals looking to build something on a plot of land they bought. We try to be honest about how long things take, even when people don't want to hear it. Building a house is a slow process and there are always delays with labor or materials. We just deal with it as it comes.
