Our yard is located in Ambav village, right off the main Borsad Road. If you’re driving through Anklav, you’ve probably seen our stacks of cement pipes and blocks sitting out in the sun. It’s a rough business, working with heavy materials all day, but it’s what we’ve done for a long time. Pratik Cement Products isn't some corporate office; it’s just a place where we mix concrete and pour it into forms. My hands are usually covered in grey dust by noon. We get a lot of people stopping by who are just building a small wall or fixing a drain. Being near the road makes it easy for trucks to pull in and out without much trouble. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on the fact that people know where we are. Sometimes the mixer breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it instead of making products. That’s just how it goes in a small shop. We keep a pot of tea going for anyone who drops by to talk about their project. It’s a simple life here in the village. We work hard, we try to be honest with our prices, and we go home tired. There’s no secret to it. We just make cement stuff that stays put. If you need something, just look for us near the road. We are usually around if the gate is open.
