Maitry Fabrication

We are based at Plot No. I/142/143 in Phase 4 of the GIDC. Maitry Fabrication is located within the Patel Filter Infrastructure area. Working in the GIDC means it is all about industry. There is the sound of welding, metal cutting, and heavy machinery everywhere you go. Our plot is a very busy one. We do not have an office with carpets or air conditioning that actually works all the time. Instead, we have a workspace where we get our hands dirty every day. Most of our days involve a lot of heavy metal, tools, and a lot of heat. It is a noisy environment, but that is just how fabrication work goes. We spend our time working on whatever projects come in from our customers. There is no big corporate structure here to deal with. It is just us and the machines. We wear our work clothes and do not worry about looking polished or professional in that way. The focus is always on the physical work. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it rains and the noise on the tin roof is so loud you cannot hear yourself think, or when the sun makes the metal too hot to touch comfortably. But we keep at it. We have been in this part of Phase 4 for a long time. We know the other workshops nearby and how to get things done.
