Abi Fpo Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Teja Tola. You can find us through Anand Sharma, who is c/o Jagdish Sharma. It’s a very local setup, very much rooted in the community here. We aren’t some big company from a distant city; we are right here among the farmers we work with. The office is simple, just a place to keep our records and meet with the producers. Teja Tola is a place where agriculture is everything, so we are right in the middle of the action. Our days are filled with talking to different farmers, seeing how their crops are doing, and figuring out how to get everything pooled together for sale. It’s not always easy work because weather and market prices are always changing. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to keep things moving. There’s a lot of trust involved in what we do, and that comes from being part of the same neighborhood. We don't use big words or have complicated rules. We just try to help everyone get a fair deal for what they grow. Sometimes we sit around for hours just discussing the best way to handle a specific crop. It’s a slow process sometimes, but it’s real. We are just people working with other people we’ve known for years. That’s really all there is to it.
