M/s Manibhai Mathurbhai Patel

We are M/s Manibhai Mathurbhai Patel, and we work out of the A. T. Mahalaxmi Pulse Mill in Borsad. Our place is really easy to find because it is right near the BSNL office—actually, we are so close to it that people use it as a landmark all the time. We spend our days at the mill dealing with pulses and grains. It is a dusty job, and there is always the sound of the machines humming in the background. Borsad is a good place for this kind of work. We are not a big company with many branches; we just have this one spot where we have been for years. The office is just a small room at the front of the mill where we keep the ledgers and a few chairs for visitors. We do not have any marketing people or fancy titles. Most of us are family or have lived in the area our whole lives. We just make sure the quality of the pulses is okay and that the bags are packed right for the market. It is the kind of work where you get your hands dirty, but it feels good at the end of the day. We are just local people running a mill and trying to do a decent job for our customers. We do not make it more complicated than it needs to be.
