Zedtrip

Zedtrip is located over at 47 C on Mall Road in the Joshi Nagar area. We are tucked into the lane right next to Kapsons. Mall Road is a bit more modern than some other parts of Amritsar, but our way of doing things is still pretty traditional. We got into this work because we just like travel and wanted to help others get their bookings done. Our office is a comfortable enough place where we sit and work through travel itineraries. We handle everything from flights to local tours. It is not always perfect; sometimes a system goes down or a flight gets canceled, and we have to spend hours on the phone to fix it. That is just the nature of the travel business. We don't pretend to be some giant company. We are just a local team that knows our way around a booking engine. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to ask a quick question about a passport or a visa. We don't mind. It is better to have a real conversation than to just exchange emails. Mall Road has a lot of shops and it can get quite busy in the evenings, but we are usually here till late making sure the next day's trips are all set. It is a steady job and we enjoy the people we meet. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things too complicated for anyone who comes through our door.
