We are located right across from the police station here in Amritsar 143002. It’s a busy spot and the noise of the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place with a few desks and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. Most mornings start with checking the cars and making sure the drivers showed up on time. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to people who need a ride to the airport or maybe just around the city for a few hours. There is a tea stall nearby that we visit quite often when things get a bit slow in the afternoons. Sometimes the internet acts up, so we end up writing things down in a big ledger book instead of the computer. It’s a practical way of working. We don’t really do fancy brochures or anything like that. People usually find us because they saw the sign while passing by or someone told them we’ve been here for a while. The city has changed quite a bit since we started, but this corner stays pretty much the same. We just focus on keeping the vehicles in decent shape and making sure the routes are planned out so nobody gets stuck in the bad patches of road. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here in the city.
