We have our office on Majitha Road, right near Guru Nanak Dev Hospital. It’s a very busy area, and there’s always something happening outside our window. The traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, but it means a lot of people pass by our door every day. We’ve been here at this location for a good while now, helping people arrange their travels. We do everything from booking cars for local trips to sorting out longer journeys. It’s a small space, mostly filled with files, a desk, and a pot of tea that we keep going all day. We aren't one of those polished agencies you see in the big cities. We’re just local people who know the roads around here. Most of our customers are folks visiting the hospital or neighbors who live in the nearby streets. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure the drivers are on time and that the cars are clean for the next person. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a blocked road, and we have to scramble to fix it. We don't use any high-tech systems, just a pen, a pad, and our own experience. It’s a lot of work to keep everyone on schedule, but we do our best. We don't have a fancy waiting room, but there’s always a chair if you need to sit while we look up your tickets. It's just a regular local business.
