The Devine Path

If you find yourself walking down Railway Road here in Amritsar, you’ll eventually see us at Shop No 11. We are right across the street from Hindustan Motors, which makes us pretty easy to spot even when the traffic gets a bit heavy during the middle of the day. The Devine Path is just a small place, really. We’ve been here at this 143002 address for a while now. The door usually stays open to catch a bit of a breeze, and you can hear the sounds of the bikes and rickshaws going past all the time. It’s not a fancy setup, just some chairs and a desk where we handle things. People stop by when they’re heading toward the station or coming back into town. We keep things simple because that’s just how we like it. The sign outside has our name, The Devine Path, and though it’s seen a bit of weather, it still does the job. Living and working in this part of Amritsar means things are always moving. We see the same faces every morning when the tea stall nearby starts up. If you are looking for us, just tell the rickshaw driver we are near the old Hindustan Motors building. It is a busy spot but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We don’t have much in the way of big posters or bright lights, just a quiet space where we do our work every day. That’s pretty much all there is to it. We just show up and do what needs doing.
