Sun Sky Travels

We have been running Sun Sky Travels from this spot on Queens Road for a good while now. You can find us up on the first floor of Kapoor Plaza, right across from Hotel Khyber Continental. It is a busy area, but once you get up to shop number three, it is a bit quieter for talking about trips. We mostly handle bus tickets and flight bookings for people around Amritsar. Some days are hectic with the phones ringing constantly, especially when the holiday season starts and everyone wants to get away at the same time. We just try to get the paperwork right so nobody gets stuck at an airport or station. It is mostly local folks who stop by after work or on their lunch breaks. We know the area well and we have seen a lot of changes on this street over the years. Some people prefer to come in and sit down to explain where they want to go instead of doing it all on a phone screen. We get that. It feels more real to hand over a printed ticket sometimes. We deal with all sorts of travel plans, whether it is a short hop to the next city or something further away. It is just me and a couple of others here most days. If you are walking past the hotel, you will see our sign. We are usually here from morning until late evening making sure everything is sorted for the next day's travelers. It is just a regular office. We keep some tea ready for our regular customers too.
