S.P. Patanjali Departmental Store

This is S.P. Patanjali Departmental Store located in Vijay Nagar. We are on Gali No. 4-A right off Batala Road. It’s a decent spot for a shop and we have been here for a while. We carry a lot of the Patanjali products because that is what people ask for these days for their health. It’s a departmental store but it’s not huge or anything. We have some aisles and we try to keep things organized so folks can find their toothpaste or honey. Batala Road is a major path, so we get people coming from all over Amritsar, not just Vijay Nagar residents. The shop stays busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from their offices. Sometimes we run out of stock faster than the delivery truck arrives from the warehouse. That’s just how it goes with a small business. We don't pretend to be a big mall. It is just a local store where you can get your herbal products and groceries. The staff is just family and a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. Gali No. 4-A is easy to find if you know the area. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful when someone can't find what they are looking for. It is a decent living and we like the people around here.
