Down here in Village Tharu, things are always moving along the Amritsar Road. We are set up near the Seven Star Hotel, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. Being out here means there is a lot of space for our operations, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during the peak hours. Our facility isn’t anything too flashy to look at, just a solid place where the real work happens every day. We handle a lot of different industrial tasks, and there’s usually a steady hum of machinery going from early morning until the sun goes down. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby villages, so there is a familiar feeling around the floor. We don’t spend much time worrying about the office décor or anything like that because the focus is always on the production side of things. Sometimes the weather makes it a bit dusty outside, but we just keep the doors closed and carry on with what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward operation where everyone knows their job and gets to it without much fuss. We've been at this location for a good bit now, and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the trucks coming in and out. It’s practical, hard work, and that’s just how we like to keep things.
