You can find us at Plot No. 11 in Dilbag Nagar, right in Gali No. 1. Most people just look for the big water tank near Tarn Taran Road to find their way here. We are close to the Namdhari Kanda as well. Our shop is one of those places where there is always something humming in the background. We have been here for a good while, and the neighbors all know us by now. The space inside is pretty packed with machinery and raw materials. We do a lot of heavy work, so there is usually a bit of iron dust on the floor. We try to sweep up every evening, but it’s back the next morning. The tea stall at the corner of the street is where we get our morning fix. Working in this part of town means dealing with the traffic on Tarn Taran Road, which can be a real headache some days. Inside the gates, though, we just focus on the jobs we have lined up. There are piles of finished goods waiting for the transport trucks to pick them up. It's a lot of metalwork and making sure the size is right. We don't have any air conditioning, so the big fans are always blowing hot air around in the summer. It’s just how it is. We show up, do the work, and go home glad to be done. We usually have a few dogs hanging around the yard, looking for scraps or a bit of shade under the trucks.
