Seasons 5 Family Salon & Spa sits along the G.T. Road in Amritsar. If you know the 143002 area, you probably know how busy this road stays at almost every hour. It is a big street with a lot of movement. Our place is where families come in together, usually on their day off or when there is some event happening in the city. We have different sections for different things. It’s nothing like those corporate offices you see in big cities. It is just a local spot in Amritsar where the fans are usually humming and people are talking about their day. The G.T. Road noise is always there in the background, like a constant hum of engines and horns. We spend our mornings setting out the towels and making sure the chairs are ready for whoever walks in first. Some days it is quiet and we just sit and watch the traffic, and other days everyone shows up at once and we are running around. We’ve seen the seasons change from this front door, hence the name, I suppose. It is a practical space. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just work. The air inside usually smells like shampoo or hair spray. It is a regular family business vibe. People from all over this side of Amritsar find their way to us eventually because we are right there on the main stretch of the road.
