We are tucked away in Gali Sangal Wali at Shop Number-776. It’s a pretty tight little street, but that is just how things are when you are working so close to the Golden Temple. Being right at Chowk Baba Sahib means there are always crowds of people passing by our door at all hours. We have been running this trading business here for quite some time now. It’s a very traditional area, and it can get a bit overwhelming with all the pilgrims and visitors. Our shop is not anything special to look at, just a plain place where we do our daily business. We deal with whatever stock comes in and try our best to keep everything organized, though that is often easier said than done when you have such a small space to work with. It is loud and dusty sometimes, but it’s real. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. You won’t find any shiny brochures or corporate talk when you come to see us. We just talk to people plainly. If we have the items you are looking for, we tell you straight. If we don’t have them, we might know someone else in the lane who does. That is just how we operate. Living and working so close to the temple really defines our whole day. We start early and stay until the evening rush finally dies down. It is a simple life of buying and selling.
