S S Unisex Salon

Our shop is located on 13/D, M M Malviya Road, right near the Radha Swami Road crossing in Amritsar. Being near Ctc Mallet makes it easy for folks to find us. We decided to be a unisex salon because the neighborhood needed a place where families could come together. It's not a huge space but we make it work. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon. We spend most of our day standing on our feet, handling different types of hair. Every person who comes in has a different story. Some are in a hurry to get to work while others have all the time in the world. Amritsar is a busy city and M M Malviya Road is no exception. There is always a lot of noise from the street. We try to keep the inside of S S Unisex Salon a bit more relaxed. We have some magazines on the table, though they are usually a few months old. It’s just me and a couple of others working here. We use whatever tools we’ve had for years because they still work perfectly fine. We don't do anything flashy. It is just about getting the job done so people can go about their day. We like being part of this community. You get to know what's happening in town just by listening to people talk in the chairs. It is a good way to spend the day.
