Mohan Departmental Store

Mohan Departmental Store is a small business located at Shop No. 2 on Ram Tirth Road in Amritsar. We are quite close to the Army Cantt area, which is a busy part of the city. We have been operating here in 143001 for several years now. Our store is a place where you can find all the common things needed for a household. We stock items like pulses, rice, sugar, and different brands of tea and coffee. We also keep some toiletries and cleaning supplies on the back shelves. The shop is not very big, so things can get a bit cluttered when new stock arrives. We spend a lot of our time unpacking boxes and putting items on the shelves. Most of our customers live in the surrounding streets and stop by on their way home. We know many of them well and sometimes we have a quick chat while we are weighing out their groceries. It's a simple, everyday job and we don't use any fancy systems. We just write things down in our register and keep moving. The traffic on Ram Tirth Road can be quite loud, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep the shop open for long hours so people can get what they need at their convenience. It’s just a normal neighborhood store where we focus on having the basics ready. We don't do much marketing, people just know we are here.
