Kapoor Trading

Kapoor Trading is located over by Sohrab Gate, right in the heart of the Yarn Market. It’s near Dhaula Kuan, so there’s a lot of activity around here most of the time. The yarn market is a loud place, full of people moving bags and trucks trying to navigate the tight turns. Our spot isn't very big, but we make it work with what we have. There are usually a few stray dogs hanging around the gate, and the tea stall nearby is where we spend a lot of our breaks. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over the years. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. There are always stacks of samples and invoices lying around the desk. We don’t really bother with making the place look polished because that’s not what people expect when they come to a yarn market. They just want to know if we have what they need in stock. We deal with all sorts of people, from big buyers to someone just looking for a small bit of material. It’s a lot of work and the air is always thick with the smell of the market and exhaust from the vehicles. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily trade as it comes through Sohrab Gate. It’s a busy life but we are used to it by now.
