Jone New Statr Hair Salon

We are located at Shop No-21 right at Rattan Singh Chowk in Amritsar. It is a lively spot because the Gurdwara is just opposite us, so there is always something happening outside the door. You can hear the prayers and the people walking by all day long. The shop name has a little bit of a different spelling but that is just how we started it. We have the usual chairs and a few mirrors that have seen many years. It is easy to find us if you are coming through the chowk. We mostly see the same faces every week, people from around the neighborhood who just want a quick trim or a shave. Amritsar gets quite hot in the summer so we keep the fans going at full speed. There isn't any big sign or anything, just the shop number. We keep our combs and clippers in the drawers and try to stay organized, even when it gets a bit crowded on weekends. Usually, one of us is sitting outside on a stool when it is slow. It is a good place to watch the city go by. We don't do anything flashy here. It is just a regular hair salon for regular people. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast so we are always sweeping. It is hard work but it is what we do. The mirrors show their age but they work fine. We take things as they come. It is just how it is.
