You can find us on the second floor at 282, which is right on 100 Ft Road in Amritsar. It is actually quite easy to spot because we are directly opposite the State Bank of India. We spend most of our day here in the office dealing with all kinds of travel plans for local people. It is a decent-sized road, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise coming from outside. Being up on the second floor helps a little bit with the sound, but you still hear the horns honking all day long. We aren’t a big chain or some huge corporation, just a local office where we try to help folks get from one place to another. Booking trips can get really complicated these days with all the different websites and changing prices, so we just try to keep it simple. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone just won't stop ringing, but that’s just how it goes. We have a couple of desks and a small place for people to sit down. We don’t use any scripts when we talk to you. We just look at what the computer shows us and tell you the price and the timing. Most of our regulars are just people from the neighborhood. We have been here for a good while, so people know our faces. It’s just us doing our daily work, making sure the tickets are right and dates match.
