Janta Tour & Travels

Our shop is number one on GT Road, right across from the railway station entrance. It is a very busy spot to be in, but at Janta Tour & Travels, we like being where the action is. Most of our day is spent talking to people who have just arrived in Amritsar or are looking for a way out to the next stop. We do a bit of everything, from booking cars to helping with tour plans around the city. The traffic out front never really stops, so there is always something going on. We are not a big corporate office with glass walls, just a small local shop where we keep the registers and talk to our customers face to face. It gets dusty being so close to the main road, but that is just how it is here. We have lived in this city our whole lives, so we know the roads and the best times to travel better than a computer does. A lot of travelers come in feeling a bit lost after a long train ride, and we just try to get them settled into a vehicle or a plan without much fuss. It is a family-run kind of thing, and we have been at this same location for a long time now. We don't do fancy advertising, we just wait for people to walk through the door and tell us where they need to go. It is a simple way of doing business.
