J J Tour & Travels

Our office is at number 16, just outside Hathi Gate. We are right across from Shiv Puri, which is a well-known spot in this part of Amritsar. J J Tour & Travels has been around for a while now. It’s a simple place where we manage a few cars and drivers. The area outside the gate is always lively with rickshaws and people walking. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is usually just me or my partner sitting here with a cup of tea and a notebook. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from short trips across town to longer journeys. The vehicles are parked just a bit down the road. It can be a bit dusty around here, so we are always cleaning the windshields. We try to be as helpful as we can when someone walks in. There is no script we follow; we just talk to people and figure out what they need. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic, but other days the phone won't stop ringing. The Shiv Puri area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We aren’t trying to compete with the big travel apps or anything like that. We are just here for the locals and the visitors who prefer talking to a real person face to face. The office has an old wooden desk and some chairs that aren't very comfortable, but they do the job just fine for what we need.
