Happy Kriyana Store

I have my kriyana store in the Main Bazar on Majitha Road. If you know where the SBI ATM is, then you have probably seen me. The 143002 area is always buzzing, especially in the mornings when everyone is out getting their groceries. I usually get here before the sun is fully up to pull up the heavy iron shutters. It is a bit of a workout every day. I stock mostly kitchen stuff. Grains, pulses, oils, and all the different spices that make the local food taste right. The smell of the open spice bags is the first thing people notice when they walk in. It is quite a strong scent, but I have grown used to it. The ATM nearby brings in a lot of foot traffic. People get their cash and then walk over to buy a pack of cigarettes or some gum. I have to stay sharp because it gets hectic when four or five people are asking for different things at the same time. My ledger is full of names of people who live in the surrounding streets. I know their families. Sometimes I stay open late if I see there are still people walking around the bazaar. It is a tiring job, standing on your feet all day, but it is what I know. I just want to keep the shelves full and the shop running smoothly for everyone who comes in.
