We set up shop in Office No.1 at the Bal Complex. It’s right across the street from Sukhmani Hospital here in Amritsar. Being near the hospital means there’s always people walking around. It’s a small office, but it works for what we do. We mostly help people figure out their trips. Whether it's a short ride or something longer, we just handle the details. I’ve lived in Amritsar my whole life, so I know the streets around here pretty well. The Bal Complex is a bit older now, but it’s a solid place. We don’t have a huge team. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting here. We focus on getting things done. If someone needs a car or a ticket, we look it up. It’s not a complicated setup. We like it that way. No big signs or flashing lights. Just the office number on the door. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait, but that’s how it goes. People stop by after visiting the hospital or just while they’re out running errands. It’s a convenient spot for the neighborhood. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Just a local travel desk in a busy part of town. Come by if you're in the area. We are usually here until late in the evening. There is usually a pot of tea going if you want to sit for a minute.
