Fateh Tour & Travels

Fateh Tour & Travels is situated at Plot No-3 on Tarn Taran Road. We are in the Mata Kaula Ji Nagar area of Amritsar. The shop is easy to spot if you are familiar with this side of town. We spend our days arranging cars and buses for people who need to get around. Tarn Taran Road is a major route, so there is always a lot of movement and noise from the passing vehicles. Inside the shop, things are a bit calmer. We have our desks set up and we keep our records in big ledgers and on the computer. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace for a small team. We talk to drivers and plan out timings for various trips. Sometimes customers come in just to ask for directions or to check prices for a weekend away. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just the usual phones and a reliable internet connection when it works. Mata Kaula Ji Nagar is a good community and we know a lot of the people living around here. Our business relies on just showing up every day and doing the work that needs to be done. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just help people travel and try to stay organized while doing it. It’s a simple, local operation where we keep a pot of tea going and handle the paperwork as it comes.
