We are located in Gali Number 1, near Khalsa College. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, but still easy to find because we are near the Heaven Z Beauty Saloon & Spa and right opposite Mohini Opark. The college is a big landmark for us, and we often see students walking past our door. Our office is a simple room on a side street. We have a couple of desks and a small bench for people to sit on while we check the schedules. We handle a lot of local trips and sometimes longer journeys out of the city. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the cars to worry about that. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so we can see when a customer is arriving. It’s mostly just us and a few regular drivers who have been with us for a while. We don't do any big advertising; mostly it’s just people from the neighborhood or students who need a ride home or to the station. We keep a ledger to track the bookings and a mobile phone that never seems to stop ringing. It’s a bit messy sometimes with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just try to get the job done every day and keep the cars moving.
