Being near Rattan Saree makes us pretty easy to spot if you’re wandering around that part of Amritsar. We’ve got the 143002 zip code and we’ve been part of this street for some time. The "Lounge" part of the name might make us sound like a fancy hotel, but really it’s just a cozy place to sit while you get your hair cut. We have some decent chairs and we try to keep the music at a level where you can still chat. The cinema brings in a lot of foot traffic, so we see all kinds of people. Some are just stopping in because they noticed our sign while waiting for a show. We do basic beauty stuff and hair styling. Nothing too over the top. The shop isn't huge, so on Saturdays, it can feel a bit cramped with everyone talking at once. We don't have a receptionist or anything; whoever is free just helps the next person.
