Bharat Holidays

Our shop is right across from the main SBI branch in Town Hall. It’s Shop Number-2. If you know the Town Hall area, you know it is always humming with people. Bharat Holidays is where we spend our days. We deal with all sorts of travel plans. Some days I’m just staring at the computer screen for hours trying to find a flight that isn't too expensive. It can be a bit stressful when the systems are slow. The office is small but it works for us. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location. Being in 143002 puts us right in the middle of things. I usually grab a samosa from the stall nearby for lunch. People come in asking for advice on where to go for a summer break or how to get a visa. We just tell them what we know. It's not like those big corporate agencies. We’re just local people. Sometimes we make mistakes with the paperwork and have to redo it, but we get it done eventually. The traffic outside the SBI branch is always a mess, so we hear a lot of honking all day long. It's just the way life is here. We've been at this spot for a while now and most of the neighbors know us. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just helping people get their tickets and hotel bookings sorted out without too much trouble.
