You can find us on the third floor of the Deep Complex on Court Road. It’s room 102. We're right across from Dhoaba Automobiles, which is a big landmark around here. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We’ve been working from this office for a good few years now. Most of what we do is just sitting at the desks, taking calls and helping folks figure out their holiday plans or work trips. Amritsar is a busy place, and Court Road is always loud with horns. Up here on the third floor, it’s a bit quieter. We have some posters of different cities on the walls, though they’re getting a bit faded from the sun. We don't really do big advertising; mostly it’s just people telling their cousins about us. We help with visas, bookings, and general travel advice when someone is confused about the rules. It’s just regular work for us. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the printer to finish the itineraries. It’s not a glamorous office, but it works for what we need to do. If someone needs a ticket to Delhi or abroad, we just look up the best way to get them there and write it down for them. It is a bit cramped when too many people visit at once, but we manage just fine with the space we have.
