We are located in SS Tower 59, right up on the first floor. If you know the Majitha Road area, we’re the ones situated above the Dr Path Lal Lab and directly opposite the ENT Hospital. It is a very busy building with people constantly coming and going for their medical appointments or lab tests. We started this travel advisory because we actually enjoy helping people figure out their travel plans. It is not always exciting work; a lot of it is just sitting at our desks and checking through flight schedules and visa requirements. We try to give people the straight facts about the places they want to visit. The office is quite plain, just some computers, printers, and stacks of folders. We don’t really go in for big advertisements or fancy marketing. Usually, people find us because they were already in the building or they live in the nearby streets. Majitha Road is always crowded with cars and rickshaws, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, but we are here regardless. We work through the pile of emails and phone calls as they come in. It’s just a small team of us here. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in Amritsar, just a place where you can talk to a real person. We take our breaks when things get quiet and just keep things moving along for everyone.
