Divyam Public School

Divyam Public School is located right on the NH-8E, the highway that runs between Una and Rajula, near a place called Chhelana. Since we are right by the highway, you get a lot of trucks and long-distance buses passing by all the time. It is a bit of a dusty area, especially when the wind picks up across the open fields. The school is a simple building that stands out because there isn't much else around it for a bit. We have students coming in from the nearby villages in Amreli. Life here is pretty basic and follows the seasons of the farming around us. When it is harvest time, sometimes the attendance drops a bit, but that is just how it is in a rural area. The classrooms are plain and we do not have any of those high-tech gadgets you see in the big cities. We just use what we have and focus on the books. The playground is mostly just flat ground where the kids run around during their break. It is a bit of a walk for some of the children to get here, but they make it every day. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who have been here since the start. It is a quiet life out here on the edge of the road, and we just keep the doors open for anyone wanting to learn.
