Podar International School

We are out here at Survey No. 84/2 on Kathora Road in Amravati. Podar International School has been part of this local area for quite a bit now. It is not in the middle of a crowded city center, which is actually quite nice for us. We have a bit of space around the building. The 444601 area is full of familiar faces. We do not have a corporate office telling us exactly what to say, so this is just coming from the staff room. We spend our days making sure the kids are in their seats and the lessons are happening on time. It is practical, hard work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a while, but we just deal with it like everyone else in Amravati does. The road outside gets very busy during certain times of the day, but mostly it is just the sound of the school day. We have the usual classrooms and some outdoor space where the kids like to run around during their breaks. There is not anything secret or special about the way we work. It is just a school on Kathora Road. We focus on the basics every day. Making sure there are enough textbooks and that the water coolers are full is more important to us than any fancy slogans. We have been here long enough that the local residents know us well. It is just a plain, honest place.
