Vaiju Agro Farmers Producer Companylimited is situated in Village Samran, in the Naser Pur area. This is part of the Baskhari block in Ambedkar Nagar. We are a collective of farmers who live and work right here. We started this company because we realized that we could do a lot more together than we could separately. Farming in Ambedkar Nagar has its ups and downs, and we wanted to create a bit of stability for ourselves. We are based out of the 224129 area. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles. We are just neighbors who meet up to discuss things like crop rotation, seed quality, and market rates. Our main goal is just to make sure that the people in Samran and Naser Pur can keep their farms going. We handle the collection of produce and the purchasing of supplies in bulk. This helps everyone save a little money, which is important when margins are tight. We don't use any marketing slogans or big promises. We just work hard and try to be as practical as possible. If someone has a problem with their yield, we all try to figure out a solution. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing things. We are just regular people who care about our land and our community. We take it one season at a time and try to do our best. It's not always pretty, but we stay busy.
