We set up Nirajagro Bio Energy Farmer Producercompany Limited right on Ninampur Road. It’s a busy enough spot in Katehari, which is part of Ambedkar Nagar. Ramesh Kumar is the one who keeps things moving at his place. We deal with bio energy and farming, mostly because that's what makes sense for our area here in 224151. It’s a group effort where local farmers come together to see how we can use what we grow for more than just food. The work is mostly hands-on and can get quite messy, but that's how it goes when you’re working with bio materials. We don't have a big corporate team, just local people from Ninampur Road and the surrounding villages. Sometimes the machinery is a bit finicky, and we spend half the day fixing things up. It's a learning process for all of us. We try to keep things simple and honest. Being in Ambedkar Nagar means we have a lot of neighbors doing similar work, but we focus on our own little corner. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do helps the people involved in our producer company. It's a lot of long hours, especially during the peak seasons when everything needs to be processed at once. But we like the work and we like being our own bosses in a way. It is a tough business but we keep at it every day.
