Nisha Engineering Works

Our shop, Nisha Engineering Works, is based in Town Khuskheda, not too far from the Honda company. Being in District Alwar near the Bhiwadi post office means we are in a spot where there is always something going on. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the way. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can set up our equipment and get to it. We deal with a lot of different projects, some small and some a bit more complicated. Every morning starts about the same, checking the machines and seeing what needs to be finished from the day before. We don't use any fancy management software or have a bunch of people in meetings. It’s mostly just us on the floor, making sure the parts are right. If the power goes out, we take a break, then get right back to it once it’s on. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic and the work, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep things simple and talk to people directly. If something isn't going to work, we say so. It’s better to be clear from the start. We’ve built our routine over time and it seems to suit the way we like to operate here in Khuskheda.
