Krishna Engineering Works

You can find Krishna Engineering Works over in the Ricco Industrial Area, Phase 2. The plot number is H-1 833. It’s a proper workshop, not a store. We have several machines for cutting and shaping metal. It gets very loud when everything is running at once. My uncle and I manage the place with a few helpers who have been with us for years. We do engineering jobs for other factories nearby. People bring us a broken part or a drawing, and we see what we can do. It’s a lot of measuring and checking. The floors are always a bit oily. We have an old desk in the corner where we keep the bills and some cold water. In the summer, the tin roof makes it very hot, so we have a few big fans blowing. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work as it comes. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if a customer is in a hurry. It’s just honest labor. We’ve seen the industrial area grow a lot since we first moved in. There used to be empty plots everywhere, but now it’s all built up. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines. It’s what we know how to do best. It is a simple life and we keep at it every single day of the week except Sunday.
