Our place, Capital Hi Tech Engineering, is at G1 211 in the Riico Industrial Area. We are right in the Epip section of Neemrana. It’s actually just across from the Japanese Investment Zone, which means there’s a lot of traffic and activity around here. The building is a standard industrial shed. Inside, it’s mostly just the machines and the space we need to move materials around. We deal with technical engineering stuff every day. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of metal clanging and the smell of coolant in the air. We have a small office tucked in the corner for the paperwork, but most of us spend our time out on the floor. The heat in Neemrana can get pretty intense during the middle of the year, so we try to get the heaviest work done early in the morning. We don't put a lot of stock in being fancy. The focus is just on getting the orders out and making sure the dimensions are right. It’s a regular private limited company, but it feels more like a small family shop most days. We know our neighbors in Riico and occasionally borrow tools from each other. If you visit, you might have to dodge a forklift or two. It’s just how things go in an industrial zone like this. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home for the crew.
