Kakani Exports

If you go down Ramghat Road and head towards Tikona Park, you’ll find us at J-48 Gyan Sarovar. Kakani Exports has been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s a decent area, and being near the park means there’s a bit of greenery to look at when things get stressful. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the export orders. The office isn't anything special—just a few chairs and a lot of boxes stacked against the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs or talking to the drivers. Sometimes the shipments get delayed, and we have to stay late to sort it out. It’s part of the job. Ramghat Road is always busy, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a puzzle. We like the neighborhood though. It’s got a good feel to it. Gyan Sarovar is a place where people know each other. We don't have a glossy brochure. If you want to know what Kakani Exports does, you usually just have to come by and talk to us. We’ve got piles of papers on the desks and the printer is always running out of ink at the wrong time. It’s just a normal business run by normal people. We don’t try to act like we’re bigger than we are. There is usually a stray dog that sleeps by our front gate.
