Tanishq Exports

Tanishq Exports is located at No. 5/61 in Ashok Nagar Colony on Gular Road. It is a residential area mostly, so the office feels more like a house than a workplace. We have a small courtyard in the front where we keep some of the larger crates under a plastic tarp when it looks like rain. The office room is just off to the side of the main entrance. It’s got a high ceiling and a very old ceiling fan that clicks rhythmically all day long. We have a few desks pushed against the walls to make space in the middle for moving items around. Gular Road can get quite dusty during the dry months, so we are constantly wiping down the tables and the computer screens. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or cycle to work in the morning. It’s nice because we don’t have to deal with the heavy city traffic. Usually, the day starts with clearing out the emails and then checking the stock levels in the small shed we use for storage. We don't have fancy coffee machines here; we just brew tea on a small gas stove in the back room. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays pretty quiet during the work hours, except for the occasional fruit seller shouting his prices as he passes by the gate. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do. We've been in this colony for years.
