We’ve been based here for a long time, and the office has become a second home to most of us. It’s not a polished or shiny workplace. Instead, it’s filled with old desks, stacks of files, and the sound of the printers going. We handle both sales and export activities, which means there’s a lot of variety in our day. Sometimes we are talking to local customers, and other times we are dealing with international shipping documents. We don't have a corporate script or a fancy way of talking. We just speak to people like we’re neighbors. Our team is small, and we don't have a formal hierarchy; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes we stay late when a container needs to be filled, and other days we close up early if things are quiet. The location on Jail Road is convenient, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We don't spend money on expensive decor; we’d rather keep things simple and functional. It’s a place where we work hard, drink plenty of tea, and try to make sure our customers get what they need. It’s a very human way of doing business without any of the corporate polish you see in the city center. We just stay focused on the work.
