You can find us at Globe Exports over in Swarnjyanti Nagar. We are located in the Kaveri Royale Apartment, specifically at 5-g. F. Being on the ground floor is a huge help for us because we are constantly moving things in and out throughout the day. It’s an apartment building, so we try not to be too loud, but the neighbors are used to us by now. We’ve set up our workspace to be as practical as possible for the export business. There are stacks of boxes almost reaching the ceiling most weeks. Swarnjyanti Nagar is a nice, lively area with a lot of families around. It doesn't feel like a cold, industrial district at all. We spend our days tracking shipments and chatting with our suppliers on the phone. It’s a lot of small details that we have to get right. We don't have a big boardroom with a mahogany table. We usually just huddle around the main desk to figure out what needs to be finished. The lighting isn't always the best in the back, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We like the fact that we can just walk around the corner to the local market for a quick lunch. It’s a very practical way to run a small business. We don't use complicated language or try to act bigger than we are. We are just local people working out of a ground-floor apartment.
