Qualitale Private Limited

Qualitale is based out of Aligarh, specifically in the Swar Jyantinagar area. We are in the Narmada Apartment building, unit C-1. It's right on Ramghat Road, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. The apartment itself is where we get everything done. It isn't a typical high-rise office block. It's more of a ground-floor or first-floor vibe that feels like a home. We’ve got a few rooms set up with workstations and some old filing cabinets that we should probably get rid of. The 202001 area is where most of us grew up or settled down. Dealing with the traffic on Ramghat Road is part of the daily life. We usually arrive around nine and stay until the work is finished. There’s a small tea stall just outside the main gate where we spend way too much time. The walls are a bit plain and the lighting could be better, but it works for us. We don't have a dedicated HR person or a marketing team. It’s just the core group doing the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make space for a new chair. It’s not a polished environment, but it’s ours. Being in an apartment complex means we know the neighbors and the security guards well. It’s just a normal day at the office for us.
