Infotech Enterprises is based out of 161, Amba Colony, near the Panni Ji Sugar Mill in Bulandshahr. Even though we have Noida in our name, this is where the heart of our work happens. Being near the sugar mill gives you a good idea of the local area—it’s industrious and practical. We deal with tech stuff, but we don't act like we’re in a high-rise in a big city. We’re local people helping out with computers, data, and whatever else comes our way. The office is a regular building in a regular street, and we like it that way. We get all sorts of requests, some easy and some that take us all week to figure out. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most people find us because we’ve helped someone they know. It’s about building a reputation by just being there and fixing things when they break. Working in Bulandshahr means we know our neighbors and the businesses around us. We keep things honest and we don't use a lot of jargon that nobody understands. If your system is down, we just tell you what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to get it back up. It’s simple, honest work that we enjoy doing for the folks in this community. There is always a new problem to solve and we just take it one day at a time.
