Supervisor

This place is on Gali Number 3 in the Begpur area of Civil Lines. Aligarh is a city that doesn't stop, and being in the supervisor role here means keeping an eye on a lot of moving parts. It’s a pretty standard street, nothing too special to look at. We spend most of the time coordinating things from this spot. The office isn't much to brag about, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of phone calls. We deal with whatever comes up that day. Sometimes it's maintenance, other times it's just checking on the workers. Civil Lines is a bit more organized than other parts of town, but it still has that local feel where everyone knows everyone. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just know where to find us if there’s a problem that needs fixing. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late. The street gets crowded in the evenings when people are heading home and the shops get busy. We just stay focused on the tasks we’ve been given. There isn't a corporate handbook here; we just use common sense and handle things as they happen. It’s a simple setup for a job that requires staying on top of things. We’ve been at this for a while and the routine is what keeps us going. Most days it’s just about solving small problems before they turn into big ones.
